Foundational awareness, then the controlled-work lifecycle.
Two levels of asbestos understanding in the order they are meant to be learned. The foundation teaches everyone the one thing that keeps them alive — if it might be asbestos, do not disturb it, stop and report — and the advanced course then opens up the controlled-work lifecycle behind that instruction: how a job is categorized Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3, how it is planned and contained, and what has to be true before an area is released. Awareness training throughout: it does not qualify anyone to carry out asbestos work.
